The hook is big enough to hold a helmet or a full pack. Sits secure to avoid rattling when in motion and uses the same spring-loaded stud as our ring fittings, which means your hooks and tie-downs all run on the same track.

Can I use this to tie down cargo? No. It’s made for hanging gear, not holding a load while you drive. For that, grab the ring fitting.

Will it pop out on rough roads? No, the spring keeps it locked in the track. Slide in either direction down the track to pop it loose.
